Returns
As we sell pet food and treats, products must remain sealed and unused for return. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item and confirm approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email info@naturesharvest.co.uk.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on opened food products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Shipping Costs
If a return is due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage.
