At Nature’s Harvest, we want you and your dog to feel completely confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to put it right.
Because we sell pet food and treats, all items must be sealed and unused to be eligible for return.

In original packaging
In resalable condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We will request photos of the product, the inside and outside of the packaging (including the postage label) to help us resolve things promptly.

Yes. We’re unable to accept returns on opened food products unless they are faulty or damaged.
