Subscription Service FAQ's

Here are some common questions and answers regarding the Nature's Harvest Subscription Service.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You’re just committed for the first 2 months — after that, you’re free to pause, switch, or cancel anytime. Think of it as a short trial run to see if your dog’s tail keeps wagging!


How will my subscription order be sent?

We use DPD to deliver our subscription orders. You will receive direct and regular communication from them via email and text. This information includes notifying you when they have received your order and a timeframe (normally a 2 hour window) when they expect to deliver your order to you.

All subscription orders are delivered using our Standard Delivery service and will arrive in the time shown on our website when the repeat order is placed. Please check our website for updates on delivery timings. 

Is there a limit to how many items I can place on my subscription order?

In short, the answer is a simple 'No!'. You can order as little or as much as you like. You can decide whether to order little and often or choose a larger number of items but less regularly.

 Can I change or add items in my next subscription order?

Yes! You just need to log into your account, click on "Click here to Manage Subscriptions" to view your active subscriptions.  Remember, you are always in control!

 

I have more than one subscription order. How do I combine them to come at the same time?

Subscription items with the same order date, delivery address, billing address and payment method will be delivered together as one order.

If you have more than one item in your subscription order and want the items to arrive together, it's simple to change. 

1. Log into your account, find the subscription order that you want to amend and click on 'Manage Subscriptions'.

2. On the next page click on 'Next Charge Date'. This opens a calendar called 'Next Shipment Date' showing when your order is going to be shipped.

3. Change the date to match the same date as your other subscription order and then press 'Update Next Shipment Date'.

4. To permanently combine the subscriptions, please make sure the delivery schedules also have the same frequency. Please be aware that we require 4 clear working days before your order is due to be dispatched otherwise we may not be able to guarantee delivery on your new date.  

5. Confirm the orders are going to the same delivery address and have the same billing address and payment method.

How do I make changes to my subscription's account details?

Log into your account and click on the relevant header menus to change your information for that section.

The view is slightly different on a mobile phone.  The drop-down menu can be found by clicking on the word subscription at the top of your account page.

We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for changes or cancellations to be processed.

How do I know when my next subscription order is arriving?

You'll see information about your next delivery as soon as you log into your account.

What types of payment methods do you accept on the subscription service?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I change my payment details?

 

It's easy! Log into your account and click the ‘Payment Methods’ button. Your default payment card information will be displayed, this is the card we use to process your subscription order.

To update your payment card, click the 'Edit' and follow the prompts. 

Can I use other discount and offer codes when I'm on subscription?

 

Yes you can! As well as receiving 5% off every subscription order you also get free delivery. If you have a discount code you can use this too. As a subscription customer, you will also receive birthday gifts and Christmas presents. There may be some surprise gifts throughout the year too!
